Innovation Communicator was born from Jonathan Salem Baskin’s research and reporting for a major business magazine between 2012 and 2016, when it became clear to him that not only were large public companies often ignored when it came to talking about innovation, but that many of them simply didn’t possess the language to do so.

When a business innovates across disciplines and timezones, and is responsible to investors, regulators, and employees, it’s not so easy telling stories about experimentation or risk, let alone the occasional failure.

Innovation Communicator is a platform for large public companies to provide those insights to interested media, analysts, and fellow innovators.

It’s intended to reveal content that might warrant more discovery or follow-up, and present it in a contextual framework that enables a conversation about innovation that goes beyond technologies and startups, and addresses key topic areas of interest to everyone.

Innovation Communicator is a project from Arcadia Communications Lab, which is a global collaborative solely focused on helping established businesses get value from communicating about innovation via research, communications support, and online education.
